Téleah created Forever Family Therapy in April 2018 response to an unmet need in the Central Oregon Community which was specialized and effective mental health treatment for unique families including kids, teens and young adults. There was and continues to especially be a gap in services for youth struggling with trauma, adoptive & foster youth, and families struggling with intergenerational poverty while also navigating the school system. She has experience & training in treating the following:

  • Depression & Anxiety (Generalized, Social, Separation)

  • Trauma & PTSD & EMDR

  • Behavioral Challenges & Emotional Regulation Difficulty

  • Suicidal Ideation/Attempt & Self-Harm

  • Attachment

  • Family Conflict

Téleah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L8392) and was licensed in February 2020. She presently acts as the Clinical Director and Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to registered interns in pursuit of their individual licenses. Supporting and preparing other clinicians in the community to continue working toward the mission of removing all barriers to effective and excellent mental health treatment.

Téleah is a trained and experienced EMDR therapist. She has both experience and training in creating specialized safety plans and supporting families in times of crisis. Her treatment approaches are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Problem Solving and Mindfulness. She approaches therapy as a family system and understands the importance of every young person having someone they can talk to that they trust.
