Gianni uses humor, compassion, empathy, and spirituality to build rapport and create a warm and safe environment for individuals to grow, learn and redefine themselves. She also uses a holistic framework and encourages individuals to explore the Whole Person Model, which focuses on exploring eight Dimensions of Wellness; emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual.
Gianni believes therapy shouldn’t be a painful experience but an enlightening place for healing and discernment. It’s where we address our discomfort and permit ourselves to be vulnerable and self-compassionate.
Gianni’s interdisciplinary education at the University of Southern California allowed her to develop multidimensional perspectives and treatment approaches to meet a client’s individual needs. She believes therapy can be a valuable tool for individuals seeking a collaborative relationship to strengthen communication skills, better understand past and present experiences, and create meaningful life experiences.
Gianni is a military veteran who thrives in supporting individuals experiencing life changes. She specializes in addressing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and self-love. Gianni has experience working with couples, families with veterans, and first responders. She is also an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and a sociocultural clinician.
