Seth Conde holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oregon State University, and a Master’s of Arts degree in Social Work from Boise State University. Throughout their professional life, Seth has prioritized jobs that uplift children and teens. Seth worked as a therapeutic guide in multiple wilderness therapy programs, was a permanency caseworker for Child Welfare, and was a clinician at a short term residential treatment center. Seth excels at identifying the strengths of children and families and working in collaboration with clients to achieve treatment goals.
Seth’s interest and experience with rites of passage work has given them a unique skill set to serve their community with. Seth’s foundational theory is Person Centered Counseling, which guides Seth to approach each client with unconditional positive regard, and recognize that clients are capable of positive change when given the right opportunities. Seth also utilizes techniques drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Seth is especially skilled at treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
